Retreat availability
A handful of Individual places on a limited number of residential courses for the upcoming season are available. Details can be found on the Retreats page. If anyone is interested in taking up any of these places please contact the Centre.

Spring 2010 Residential Courses
Next season's series of retreats has been finalised. Only a handful of places are still available, please check the Retreats page for details.

New Season
The Centre has now closed for the winter break. We will continue to upload video, audio and text files to the Teaching page during the recess. Details of the new spring season will be posted shortly. The first event will be a lecture evening on Wednesday 3rd February.

Retreat places

Spring 2010 Residential Courses
Registration forms for next seasons series of retreats have now been sent out to all members of the group. The final day for returning completed slips is Friday 4th December. If you have not received your form please contact the Centre.

Video
We are currently developing the capacity to stream video on the web site. A six minute feature on the Centre can now be found on the Meditation Centre page. Videos have also been uploaded on the video sharing site You Tube. Our channel is called aukanaVideos (all one word)
